Overall, a great bakery with a wide array of pastries and coffee. I have enjoyed the chocolate croissant, ham croissant, and spinach and feta croissant. I also got an iced latte here and it was very well made. Like most bakeries, it is generally fresher in the morning. I will for sure return here.

Had the pleasure of stopping in the area early on a Saturday morning for coffee and a few goodies. Everything tasted delicious. I would recommend the bacon and cheese croissant and the almond croissant! We had a great guest experience that felt relaxed. I will definitely be back!

I'm...not sure what happened. One of my favorite pastries in DFW has always been the Kouign-amann from Boulangerie/Village Baking Co. And if the ones I got last night aren't an aberration, those days are done. If you're familiar with a Kouign-amann, you'll know what makes them special - the pastry dough is folded with butter and sugar in between the layers to make a unique texture with a caramelized character that is out of this world. I got home last night to enjoy one, and they have more or less converted their "Kouign-amann" into a chocolate chunk muffin. It now has the consistency somewhere between the inside of a baguette and a croissant, but nowhere in the vicinity of a Kouign-amann. It makes me sad.

The only reason for a second star is that other things I got - the Laminated Brioche, the Quiche Lorraine, the Caneles de Bordeaux - were still very good quality, but those are supporting actors to what was always the star of the show.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I mostly go to the one on Knox. I love getting a lavender latte with honey and oatmilk. I've tried various pasties like the pretzel croissant and the fruit tart etc and all very good! It's such a cute spot, definitely gets busy earlier in the day. A great place to sit and catch up. Everyone is also super friendly. Highly recommend

I liked the atmosphere here. The croissants were so good. We tried Pain Au Chocolat and Bacon ? Jalapeño Croissant. The OJ was good too but the Almond milk Hot chocolate is why I’m giving 4 stars.

I’ve been wanting to try this spot out for some time & finally got the chance! I can’t tell you enough how pleased I am from the service to the food! Each associate said hello & made you feel so welcome! I picked out 3 random things because I could’ve have gotten everything but I had to have control ! I got regular croissant, bacon & jalapeño croissant & the chocolate almond croissant! The regular one was so buttery, soft on the inside & crispy flaky on the outside! The bacon jalapeño was #1 for me! It was Smokey, cheesy with just a kick of heat from the jalapeño! The chocolate almond was good but my #3, I have forgotten I’m not the biggest fan of almond extract & it was stout! However, if you are an almandine fan, this you’ll love, no joke !! Chefs kiss for everything, I’ll recommend this spot to everyone with no regret!!

Super cute shop and great pastries! We got a veggie quiche, the chocolate croissant loaf, a black coffee, and the chocolate kouign amann. The kouign amann was good, not great. The croissant loaf tho was amazing!!! We absolutely loved it! The quiche and coffee were also great! Will definitely be going back!

If I could give a lower score, I would. Guests had to wait in
line for hours. This place has so many inefficiencies that the General Manager should be fired. He/she/they probably doesn't care! First, the menu is ALL the way BACK so people had to read and think about what they want when they got to the END of the line! This delays the flow so much. Then, the behind-counter space for cashiers and servers is extremely tight and disorganized. Your staff was falling over each other trying to fulfill orders in vain! Last but not least, while we were waiting in line, the manager took a huge bag of trash through the middle of the store to throw away! This ruined everyone's appetite. Why on earth would you do that?!
