They didn’t look like much, but the tomato chile croissant was absolutely incredible. Let me reiterate that. It was INCREDIBLE! One of the best I’ve ever had, and an amazing fusion of old world and new world. Honestly would have not have chosen it if the owner hadn’t suggested it, glad she did!

I can definitely understand some of the less positive reviews about service, but the food more than makes up for it. I’m going to be talking about that pastry for some time!

If you get to meet Kate, the owner, and if you are a foodie, you are in for a treat. It seems each item has a local story - The fresh pumpkins are from a local farm, Kate bakes them and then adds it. She knows the peach tree that supplies her peach item. The orange soaked raisin roll had cream added, some how, but it all was deeply yummy as I sipped a pumpkin lotte from next door.
Watch Kate’s face lie up as she talks about her bakery art! She puts love into each piece.

I absolutely LOOOOVVVEEE this place! So many yummy items to choose from. The chocolate croissant is a favorite but I can't tell you my ultimate favorite because it sells out so quickly and if I keep spreading the word I will never get any. Lol you'll just have to take my word and just go and try different things and find your favorite one. I have several. The staff is so nice and friendly and its also adjacent to a coffee ship. Best of both worlds. Pastry plus coffee= HAPPY ME. I highly recommend.

Best pastry shop in Durango next door to the best coffee shop in Durango. The quality is superb and there is always something new. This is food created by an artist. She elevates our local flavors in new ways.

In LOVE with their pastries! They are so good and it’s right next door to a coffee shop. Two of the best things, pastry’s and coffee!
Oh and the views! Stay for a while!

I don’t know which came first -this delicious pastry place or the coffee place next door! (There is an inner doorway between the two.) i bought an almond apricot bun which was delicious. Nice to see that they do all the baking there. Quick service.
