L’hôtel est flambant neuf. Les chambres sont parfaites avec cuisine grand écran TV. Le personnel est très gentil. Le seul bémol est le parking sous l’hôtel qui n’est pas agréable avec une grosse voiture. Petit-déjeuner catastrophique, pas de pain, pas de œufs, pas de pain et la dame qui doit achalander le buffet discute avec les clients à la place de faire son travail…

excellent ho^tel, tout nouveau et très central à Tampa . De cette location presque toute la baie , incluant Clearwater, Saint Petersbourg , la quasi totalité des plages est accessible en un rien de temps. Aussi beaucoup de petits centres d'achats pour acheter la nourriture et autres et les autoroutes toutes proches les plus modernes et belles du monde. La vue sur toute cette surface de la mer du Golfe du mexique est magique. Le personnel de l'hôtel est des plus aimable et serviable ainsi que leurs prix très abordables incluant excellent petit déjeuner. Un bijou d'hôtel de la grande famille Marriot Hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting at least a decent experience given my Titanium status, but unfortunately, it fell far below expectations.

First, the linens had a terrible smell, and to make matters worse, they caused me to have a skin reaction, which is completely unacceptable. Clean, fresh bedding should be the bare minimum for any hotel, let alone one that claims to provide quality service.

Second, basic amenities were neglected—paper towels were not replenished, which made the stay inconvenient. It felt like housekeeping was either understaffed or simply not attentive to guest needs.

One morning I was awakened by the smell of cigarette smoke, which seemed to be coming through the vents, making the air quality inside the room unpleasant. For a non-smoking room, this was extremely frustrating.

The room itself was not comfortable—it felt unclean and poorly maintained. Worst of all, the door to the building was being propped open with a rock, allowing anyone to enter. This is a huge security issue and made me feel unsafe throughout my stay.

Overall, this hotel did not meet the standards expected, especially for a Titanium status guest. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and secure place to stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

We have stated here several times and have been pretty happy but we were disappointed in our most recent stay. We were there for 3 nights and our room was not refreshed once. The desk told us we had the do not disturb sign on which we did one day but not the next so the maid was clearly trying to get away with not refreshing the room.
There were no tea bags at the breakfast which actually happened last time we were there too. The front desk employee (who is very nice) managed to locate some.
In the room next to ours, whoever was staying there were laughing and talking so loud, and blasting their tv at 6:00 in the morning.
The hotel rooms are starting to show wear and tear too. The shower curtain rings were rusty, there was some mold in the shower, the shampoo bottle holder was coming away from the wall and the sink was draining very slowly. There were also a few spots on the carpet and the chair.
I mentioned some of these things to the front desk person who said he would tell the manager but I never heard from anyone.
We paid top rate too which is even more frustrating. I hope they start sprucing up the small details.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here at Marriott TownePlace Suites. The hotel is fairly quiet and clean. The lobby area is big and had enough room for our friends to visit with us ina living room like setting. Marcus at the front desk was so helpful and really wants to make your stay wonderful. A couple times he even personally brought clean towels to our room when they were having some cleaning transitions. He provided us with games to borrow and went out of his way often to make us happy. This hotel is pretty modern in design and we benefitted from the desk area in the bedroom for my husband to work on his laptop during the week. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast and was hot and ready in time every morning. FYI - the pool area has a handicap loft chair! The location is 15-20 minutes to everything. Close to highways and easy to get around. Nearby food places and groceries are convenient. We didn’t make use of the small kitchen much but I did notice it was well stocked with essentials. We also thought the closet system of shelves and drawers was clever and made great use of the closet so we could put everything out of the way. Water pressure is great and the shower felt awesome. The beds are comfortable!! And I have back problems so usually I’m not comfortable but I slept well in those beds! We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was very
clean, comfortable, and quiet. We will stay here again next time we come to Tampa!

Nice and easy stay. Parking and breakfast was included. We didn’t go to the pool but I believe it was on the ground level and you needed to go downstairs to where the cars are in access it.
They had board games and cards for us to borrow and play. A full kitchen included a stovetop, dishwasher, full fridge and cookware and dish ware for our stay. Super convenient and had everything you need for a stay. Very friendly staff as well!

This is the only hotel I've ever been to where the front desk staff were genuinely interested in why I was visiting. That vibe made the stay even more pleasant. Security is solid—you need a key card to access floors beyond the lobby. They're also eco-friendly, with recycling and trash bins in the rooms and by the elevators. The furniture is mobile and stackable, so setting up for my Zoom meeting was chill. The coffee pods were surprisingly good, which is rare when you drink decaf. I also enjoyed the modern dining and free breakfast. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend.
