muddy root is like a second home to me now, im not exaggerating when i say it’s my happy place. the sense of community around herbalism and delicious coffee treats has been the healing i needed in my life. my mental health has improved astronomically from using the ashwagandha extract in my drinks pretty much daily, & being around the positive supportive environment here in general. great ambience too, i could hang out here all day? so grateful i live down the street!

A wonderful environment with quality and affordable food. Some of the pictures of how the location looked before are extremely sterile, and cold. However I decided to give it a try and I couldn't be more pleased! Inside and had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with a porch lattice overhang with some greenery on it. The bartender was knowledgeable, and there was a wide variety of options. Well I think they're still improvements in terms of furnishings to go it is an extremely high-quality place to enjoy some kratum.

I’ve been a customer of Johnny’s, now Muddy Root, for a while. The product is consistently great! I don’t add any flavors to my drinks, so I know the quality is there. The recent remodeling has made the space much more warm and inviting—fantastic job. The barista, Jay, is top tier. Jay truly cares about what they’re serving, the brewing process, and connecting with customers. They take the time to get to know everyone and always make sure we feel welcome.

This is my new favorite place to hang after work and on the weekends! Ricky is amazing at keeping the vibe and atmosphere chill and an open place to meet new friends. They've got comfy couches and games you can play but I personally like to have impromptu dance parties in the parking lot with good friends, listening to good music, having a good time and we're sober! They are also pet friendly!

I have been coming to Muddy Root for a while now. The vibes of the store are fantastic and the drinks are great. The store is so lively especially when Heather is serving, she is amazing. Heather can light up your day if you’re feeling down. She also makes a mean pumpkin pie latte, would recommend.

This place is amazing!! Ricky Bright is one of the coolest dudes in area!! His staff is super friendly and their knowledge about Kava is unmatched. I highly recommend this place if I could give six stars I would.
