The store is very clean, which makes the shopping a pleasant experience.

The staff is friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful. Another plus for shopping here.

But the best of all is the bakery section: their cakes are nothing short of heavenly, and always fresh and very pleasing to the eye. And not to forget: they taste even better than they look. If you're looking for a treat to celebrate someone's Birthday, or a special something for your coffee at home, step into the bakery section, and you're sure to find a pastry that could rival a Parisian boulangerie, or a cake that looks and tastes like a master baker whipped it up that morning just for your guests' enjoyment.

Excellent experience! The produce looked very colorful and fresh. The staff seemed very helpful. The store was fairly busy with customers but we were not bumping into people at every turn. The different selections of pre-cooked meals was excellent overall! The white fish, sausage, smoked turkey and chicken looked fresh and was tasty. Amazing job Market Street.

I don’t often come here but I should. I encountered very friendly staff in every department. A young man was smiling at me when checking out, super kid two young ladies at Starbucks inside the store. It was a treat in itself and a nice surprise.

I normally love Market Street! Great products and prices for the most part. But this location let me down. The guy working in the meats section where you can get sandwich meats was not friendly AT ALL! And the customers there were also not the most friendly! Just because they offer to help you to your car (which most places don’t anymore) doesn’t you make them push two carts out by themselves when you have free hands! This was not OK!

Went in for lunch. Got a tender plate. Chicken tenders plus two sides. Got green beans and vegetables. Really good, reasonable price. Clean store, nice neighborhood.

I want to compliment the manager Rob. He has been so helpful when our coupons wouldn’t work. He also was very helpful Swahili back helping us with our market street app. He was able to combine our accounts. I have always been impressed with this Market Street and the customer service.

Update 2: Still on the shelves a full month past the use by date

Update: CHECK YOUR DATES!!!
I contacted the corporate office thinking they might do something about having over 3 week expired meat on the shelf, however they did absolutely nothing. I found the same product on the shelf and when I went to get a different product, it was even worse.

The staff is nice enough, but make sure you check the dates on everything you buy. They currently have multiple packages of deli meat on the shelf that is 17 days past its use by date. I alerted staff about this a week ago, but I guess food safety isn't a priority at this location.

Chronically understaffed, unfriendly and seemingly unconcerned about customer service. So disappointing as the two Frisco stores are awesome! I am prompted to write this as I read this is the only store near me that they are keeping open post merger. Bad choice! Not sure if it's poor management but the bakery is sub-par, produce not up to Market Street standards and the staff is disengaged. I actually drive to Frisco weekly even though the Plano store is near my house.
