Duży supermarket kupisz wszystko co potrzebujesz . Ubrania , asortyment łazienkowy , kuchenny Jest Argos więc super bo można kupić wszystko. Jest stacja paliw wiec zatankujesz auto duży parking jak w każdym markecie . Blisko szpital gdzie zawsze ciężko o parking więc możesz sie zatrzymać tu i szybko ogarnąć wizytę.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the checkout, thanks to a lovely gentleman named Phillip. While I was busy loading the shopping, Phillip went out of his way to keep my little boy entertained. He even made a paper boat for him to play with, which absolutely made my son's day. Phillip was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and patient. It’s rare to encounter such genuine kindness, and it really made our shopping trip memorable. Kudos to Phillip for his excellent customer service and for being such a positive presence!

This morning I visited your store to return a pair of trousers, I had the receipt and the labels with me. This was around 7.30am. I believe her name was Dee.

The employee who served me was so rude to me I was completely taken back. She was very aggressive and started telling me off because the tags weren’t attached. I explained that they came off trying the item on, I have the receipt . She proceeded to very rudely tell me she’d never heard of this ever happening. I replied by asking “I’m sorry I don’t understand what the issue is as I have the receipts, have bought the tags with me”. She told me they aren’t allowed to take them back and the begrudgingly gave me the refund.

I asked if I could please speak to her manager. She continued to tut at me and scowl and told me to move whilst I was waiting. She was very rude and intimidating making me feel very uncomfortable.

When the manager came over the employee continued to shout towards me. The manager I spoke to was very nice and apologised for this member of staff’s behaviour telling me all the information she had given me was incorrect and this isn’t store policy and that there is no issue as I had both receipts and labels.

This interaction was completely uncalled for and I have submitted this to be put through as an official complaint.

Staff - They are helpful, always able to help you find things, and are very kind!

Stock - They are never short on stock here,
There was never really an empty shellf, all day round!

Layout - A bit confusing,
Although the signs above each isle dose help, I do find them as kind of general guides as its not always directly there!

Free and plentiful parking spaces are very close to the Store for stress free shopping. Ample aisles indoors too.

This Sainsbury has much varieties of goods in different items, recommended! This chocolate has orange flavour, I can only find in Sainsbury.
