We took my mum here for her birthday this year and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. There was a ride range of cocktail and tea options, the atmosphere was stunning and the food was good as well. My family all had the normal afternoon tea while I had the gluten free option- they all loved their sandwiches, cakes and scones and thought it was amazing. Mine was good also, but I wouldn't say it looked as nice and the options were a bit more limited. Other than that, our servers were brilliant and very attentive and the atmosphere was lovely for a celebration!

A delightful experience!! Visited this place on Wednesday afternoon
• Savory options: Finger sandwiches (e.g., cucumber, smoked salmon, egg salad), quiches, or savory pastries.
• Sweets: Scones with clotted cream and jam, macarons, petit fours, and other pastries.
• Tea selection: A variety of teas, such as Earl Grey, Darjeeling, chamomile, or green tea.

The scones were so scrumptious and savoury with the cheese and jam! A little bit on the pricy side but worthy the experience

The waiter was very nice and informative!!

Very disappointing Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea service.

We were seated right next to the service stand where the servers kept going for napkins, cutlery etc. and because the area was so crammed, they kept hitting our chairs while reaching for something. It was a very loud environment, as there was a wedding happening that day, so it seemed very chaotic - not relaxing at all.

We ordered mimosas and had to remind our server that we ordered them as they hadn’t come to our table after 45 minutes of waiting.

About an hour into the reservation, our food finally arrived at the table. Everything was stale and seemed like it was prepared days before. It looked visually appealing, but it did not taste good.

On their website it mentioned that there was a "complimentary take-home gift for every mom", which we never received. Our server seemed to have no idea what we were talking about.
After we finished eating, we had to ask another server if we could have our bill as our original server hadn’t been to our table in over 45 minutes to check in on us.

While the hotel is lovely, I wouldn’t recommend afternoon tea service here. For the price you pay, you can have a much better experience somewhere else in Yorkville.

Beautiful place, the tea room’s interior is just so quaint! Loved the aesthetic of all and the music too. Food and tea where beautifully presented good choice as well. Taste wise I’ve had better. Other then the scones which where quite good, they’re isn’t much else to say. Perhaps it’s time to rework the menu?
Overall though I do implore you to give it a try even if just for some photos!

I could give 10 stars to this place. Just everything that you dream for an afternoon tea. The food is absolutely amazing, great selection of teas and our server was just perfect, our thank you to Khalil. I’m extremely happy to have booked this place for my birthday. Will definitely come back.

Not sure how set the Afternoon Tea menu was as I got a Roast Beef wrap not Turkey, it was chives not dill on the salmon resting on some kind of bread that had no Caviar or Creme Fraiche. And the toast with 2 types of what tasted like generic spread instead of the Saffron Infused Shrimp Salad w/ Pea Puree & Pea Tendrils. Pricey considering the downgrade in quality ingredients. The server was good ambience was nice enough. Not sure how I feel about the $70+ price tag with tax/tip though.

A beautiful spot for a traditional afternoon tea. In addition to your bottomless pot of tea there is an assortment of savory sandwiches ranging from roast beef to traditional cucumber with cream cheese, smoked salmon and egg salad roulades. They also offer a warm mini quiche, ours was bacon and chèvre. Two fresh warm scones served up with a choice of jams and cream and a selection of scrumptious sweets. On weekends this is automatically a champagne tea which costs a bit more than the weekday teas. The champagne is good though and we thought it was worth the price overall. There are three tea rooms, each done up in a unique color palette and opulently decorated. Service is attentive and servers are very helpful. If you have special dietary requirements let them know beforehand and will adjust and accommodate. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy afternoon tea for a special occasion, this would be it.

Reading all the other reviews I think I definitely had a much better experience. My friend and I just went this past weekend and had a lovely time. We were late for our reservation and they still took us right to our table. It was quit busy too. No wait time at all. They checked on us regularly and packed up everything for us. The tea selection was laid out well on the menu. Good choices, a lot of high tea places don’t have many kinds. The layout was gorgeous with the floral patterns. However, I only got a white teapot, everyone else’s looked amazing. The team rooms are very nice. Staff and food overall great!
