Sleep Cocktail: Magnesium-l-Threonate, Apigenin and L-Theanine

I have had sleeping problems for more than 40 years. My problem is that I wake up between 03:00 and 04:00 and regularly had problems falling asleep again. Tried everything that guru’s and google suggested to no avail. Since I’ve been using the “Sleep Cocktail” I still wake up between 03:00 and 04:00 but I fall asleep again much quicker. The only thing I’ve tried that has made a real difference.
